In the Son of God's gentle and lowly hearted humility, he willingly entered both Mary’s womb and death’s tomb.

Through believing in the beating heart of Christ on Sunday, despite his pierced heart on Friday and still heart on Saturday, the people of God begin to pulsate with new life.

As I look at my son's little wrist and palms, his cute feet and toes, I am struck with the cost of forgiving my sins at the cross. I am eternally grateful that God, both Father and Son, chose to pay it in full. As a new father myself, this Easter I am uniquely grateful to God the Father.

To love one another like him is first and foremost to make this love of God known to one another. Speak of it, sing of it, serve like it.

What will it profit a man to gain the whole world and yet forfeit his soul? Therefore, let us never deny the sovereign Lord Jesus who bought us with his precious blood. Estimate the value of Christ as priceless.

Jesus lifts up the weight of his own instruction and shoulders the load of his own teachings. He is the porter of all God's promises as well as the carrier of all God's commands. For this reason, Jesus’ teachings weigh lightly on the heavy-hearted, and do not outweigh what the weak and weary may bear.

What good is the physical sacrifice of a pigeon without the spiritual sacrifice of true religion? Praise be to Jesus upon whom the Holy Spirit descended as a dove. For after cleansing the temple, he uncaged our prayers and gave them wings like eagles.

2025 brought significant transitions, but your prayers and financial support bolstered MBC’s mission through it all. We enter 2026 eager to make disciples for the glory of Christ, the growth of His church, and the good of the city.

These are exciting developments in MBC’s ministry presence in Billings. Each new initiative is designed to advance the glory of Christ, the growth of his church, and the good of this city. Throughout the coming years, MBC hopes to further deepen partnerships in the gospel with like-minded ministries who share this goal.

As I reflect on just some of what God has done, I cannot help but be humbled by the scope of what has come to pass while at the same time expectant about what is possible in 2026. We have big dreams here at MBC, and through faithful donors and robust community partnerships, we will start 2026 off with much excitement.

The Investiture of Montana Bible College President King was about much more than pomp. It honored the heritage of an institution that made a bold move from Bozeman to Billings two years ago. It publicly declared Montana Bible College's commitment to "make disciples for the glory of Christ, the growth of his church, and the good of this city." And it celebrated future vision with the main mission of MBC -- the flourishing of its students -- held front and center.

MBC students started their fall 2024 semester with a service day at Montana Rescue Mission and the Friendship House.
