As I look at my son's little wrist and palms, his cute feet and toes, I am struck with the cost of forgiving my sins at the cross. I am eternally grateful that God, both Father and Son, chose to pay it in full. As a new father myself, this Easter I am uniquely grateful to God the Father.

To love one another like him is first and foremost to make this love of God known to one another. Speak of it, sing of it, serve like it.

What will it profit a man to gain the whole world and yet forfeit his soul? Therefore, let us never deny the sovereign Lord Jesus who bought us with his precious blood. Estimate the value of Christ as priceless.
