Candidate status is a pre-accreditation status granted to those institutions that meet the ABHE Conditions of Eligibility and that possess such qualities as may provide a basis for achieving accreditation status within four years.

As disciples of Jesus, we want our students to welcome accountability from the community of believers. Can an institution model such a principle? We believe so! And we have chosen to pursue accreditation as a way to invite accountability for excellence. Our accreditation keeps us continually accountable in every area of the school. We embrace this discipline because we desire to make the most of the opportunities and resources God has entrusted to us.
